Please follow these instructions to join as a rower/coxswain with previous rowing experience.

SCRC Annual Membership via Regatta Central

Please register for a Full Year Membership on Regatta Central (note: Masters members joining after August 1 can choose our mid year membership option):  https://www.regattacentral.com/clubs/?org_id=401. 

USRowing 

• All SCRC members are required to have a current Basic Membership. If you do not have a current USRowing membership you can access their page to join by clicking here. 
• All SCRC members are required to sign the USRowing’s waiver (which you’ll see when signing up). This is required by our club as we are a USRowing Member Organization and by USRowing to attend regattas. 
• All SCRC members  are required to add Swan Creek as one of your clubs. You can have multiple clubs. SCRC’s club code is AYYQY
• Masters (18+) Only → Safesport 
  – Here’s a link to instructions: Safesport Instructions
  – Do the Safesport attestation to opt into training and complete the course. All adults at SCRC are relevant adults since practices and regattas often overlap between youth and masters and are therefore required to take Safesport training. This is a 30 or 90 minute course that is required to be current prior to rowing as a member. 
  
  When you’re finished your USRowing portal page should look similar to this:

• iCrew – Login in website or app
• Your username and temporary password will be sent to you via email. iCrew will ask you for a new password on your first login
• After logging in be sure to select ‘Your Home’. Once there please fill in the pertinent information under ‘Your Profile’ which includes ‘Basic information’, ‘Rower Settings’, ‘Your settings’ and ‘Emergency Contact’.
