REPORT BOAT/OAR ISSUES OR DAMAGE ON ICREW

The following video  shows how to report damage to a shell in iCrew. Please report any and all issues you notice in boats so we can address them ASAP.

To create a damage report on iCrew:

• Login to iCrew
• Go to ‘Your Home‘
• Go to ‘Damage Report‘
• Fill out all required information:
  • Equipment
  • Item
  • Date reported 
  • Description of damage or issue
  • Check if major damage. Also select this is the boat is unrowable to take it out of service 
  • Describe the location and cause of issue
  • Click blue ‘Save’ button

An email will be sent to the boat captain to notify them and also log the problem. Send pictures of damage to the Boat Captain, [email protected] .
