Hey Guys you may have already seen this but I was watching Bizarre Foods on Travel Channel last night and they did a segment on catching and eating shad in Lambertville.  Interesting history of Lewis Island. Some scenes of preparing shad at the Power Boat club and glimpses of Swan Creekers rowing in the background.
