Interested in sweep coaching and a break from winter? Consider the Row Del Sol Masters Rowing Camp in Tampa Florida from February 2 to 6, 2015. Camp will be held at The Stewards Foundation (www.rowtampa.com) on the Hillsboro River in Tampa, FL and will be limited to 16 masters. In addition, two coxswains interested in improving their skills will also be accepted. There will be two rows each day, Monday through Friday, mainly in sweep boats but also in sculling boats. Coaches (including Gabi Cipollone, 2 time Olympic gold medalist, will videotape and discuss technique daily. Ergs will be used to refine skills.
