"Swan Creek Rowing Club in Lambertville, NJ, competed at its final summer regatta on Saturday at the Philadelphia Youth Regatta, competing against local clubs as well as crews as far flung as Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts.

A young team with only one retiring senior, the Swan Creek crews raced hard against older crews. The U17 girls show promise as the continue to place in the 8+ and 4+ events, with the 4+ taking a 3rd place finish overall at PYR. The girls pair (2-) also took 3rd overall, 1 second behind 2nd place.

Congratulations to all and a farewell to senior rower Isaac Ashton as well as two coxswains who raced in their final races with SCRC Youth - Olivia Cantrell and Nicole Hartley, thank you for your dedication to your crews."
