Tues 6:30pm with Coaching Cost is $5/each. Coaching is provided by Scott Sussman.

Center City Slam – February 9th (at Drexel). Swan Creek will be attending – join us!

Weight Circuit Training at Cornerstone Gym in New Hope, PA:

Thursday night 6:30pm, Sunday morning 7:30am. Cost is $130 for 12 sessions. This program is run by certified personal trainers employed by Cornerstone.
