The Men’s Team has purchased and donated to the club a smaller, more manageable trailer. The intended use is for situations where we only bring a couple of boats to regattas and the big trailer is overkill, to allow different teams within the club to attend regattas held at separate locations on the same day(s), and to allow short trips to other bodies of water (e.g., Carnegie, Galena, Nockamixon) when Delaware River is too high to row. The trailer was purchased from the Bucks County Rowing Association located at Core Creek Park in Newtown. The Men’s donation includes $450 to paint and rehab the trailer. The trailer will be available for use after it has undergone a mechanical safety check and has been registered.
