The following video shows how to report damage to a shell in iCrew. Please report any and all issues you notice in boats so we can address them ASAP.
To review you can:
- Login to iCrew
- Go to ‘Club Home Page‘
- Go to ‘Repair Log‘
- Scan to see if issue already reported for particular shell.
- If no issue reported select ‘New request‘
- Fill out all required information:
- Date
- Check if major damage
- Describe the issue
- Report where issue is located
- Save
An email will be sent to the boatcaptain to notify them and also log the problem.
