2017 PRIORITIES
Change in the VP/Boat Captain Responsibilities
- Shift from centralized to de-centralized model
Establish SCRC Operating Committees
- During 2017, the Board will ask for representation from all club groups (Masters Men/Women Sweep; Masters Men/Women Scullers; Youth) to perform upkeep and general maintenance of the SCRC equipment during the rowing season
2017 Volunteer Hours & Tracking
- During 2017, the Board will ask for all members to volunteer hours to assist with routine tasks both for our equipment and at the boat site
