The rowing season has come to a close, so we have a little time to prepare to do our best next season!
Here is a schedule for training. All club members, Youth and Masters, Men and Women, Light weights and Heavy weights, Novice and Experienced are welcome to join in.
Circuit Training:
NOV. 18TH TO LATE MARCH
Circuit training at Cornerstone Gym in New Hope.
Thursday night 6:30PM
Sunday morning 7:30AM
The cost is $129 for 12 sessions (you pay only for the sessions you attend) and it is run by two certified Cornerstone trainers. There is no need to be a Cornerstone member, this has been arranged by Marc Butler and open to all Swan Creekers.
Ergging:
DEC 18TH – ERGING AT THE ESC SCHOOL BEGINS
Tuesday nights at 6:30PM, Possibly Wednesday nights, also.
Coaching by Scott Sussman (Men/Mixed coach)
Group Runs:

Saturday morning runs. Starts 7:30 AM, meeting at Starbucks in New Hope. The organizers say they will be kind to those who run slowly.
