Please be aware of a LARGE log / telephone pole just below the water surface. The submerged log is located on the Pennsylvania side (~50 meters from the river bank) and ~200 meters down river from the new dragon boat dock (across from the boat site). Due to this location, Club members will need to be on the look for the log on the downstream leg of their row. Only the tip of the log can be seen above the water surface, the rest (~10 meters) is below the water line. The log / pole is anchored to the river bottom, so we believe it will be there for a while.
