Remembering Isaac Ashton, Youth Rower

Isaac Ashton lost his fight with acute myeloma leukemia on Monday. He was 21 and a senior at TCNJ.

Isaac rowed in the youth program for 5 years. He brought so much joy to the youth team, he worked hard and made everyone smile. He had a kind heart; you could count on him to help you with anything, to try anything, to make you giggle, to say something positive, to raise the standard, to forget his sunscreen, to share his sunscreen, and to uplift others around him. He was a spirited, competitive, generous soul. A gentle soul, and a gentleman. Isaac, will be missed.

His older brothers John and David also rowed at Swan Creek, as did his younger brother Silas. Isaac was the middle son of five Ashton boys. No doubt many of the Swan Creek family will know of his parents John and Marla.

Condolences may be sent to his parents John and Marla and his wife Wintergail at 658 Brunswick Pike, Lambertville NJ 08530.
