Want some tips for rowing a 1x or 2x?
If you are a master rower who has been checked out to row a 1x and would like some on-water sculling tips, email email@example.com. Experienced club rowers have volunteered to row with you, offer some tips, and provide training exercises to improve your strokes.
The volunteer will contact you to schedule a time to meet. You will be responsible for reserving the boat in iCrew.
The sessions will begin in May. Coaching will take place in the morning or afternoon. No evenings (after 4PM). Session lengths will be flexible, running from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending upon personal schedules. Frequency of sessions and daily schedules will be determined by the amount of interest. There will be no charge for the coaching.
Participants will be provided with a written guide to technique tips and drills that will be used during the sessions.
