In order to adequately maintain our equipment (boats, oars and launches) we are instituting an Incident Report Form. Please fill one out when the following incidents occur:

• You flip when rowing a boat
• Equipment breaks while you are rowing
• You hit a pedestrian when launching/returning a boat
• You hit another boat
• The launch motor fails while you are driving the launch
• You hit a rock or other obstruction and damage the boat or oars
• A dangerous incident occurs with a fisherman or another party on the river.
• You find broken equipment when you are preparing to use it.
