We’ve made a small update to the boat reservation system. Boat reservations are handled by adding and viewing “events” on Google Calendar. Until now anyone who wanted to reserve a boat had to create a Google account (assuming you did not already have one, e.g., gmail).

Going forward we can use a single account “swancreekreservations” when logging in to Google Calendar. Otherwise reservations are made in the same manner as in the past. Full instructions are on the Team Boat Schedule page.

The password will be emailed shortly to everyone on the club mailing list. If you would like to make a reservation before that email is sent, or need assistance, please send a request here.

Team captains (youth, men’s racing, W1, recreational quad women) please enter your recurring reservations ASAP, include coaching launches if needed.
